Monitor the life cycle status of the FF & FA systems installed in plants and report to the department manager the status of obsolete ones. Work with the department manager to provide a bi-weekly report about the activities related to the FF & FA system (corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance). Support the Operation team to address any concern raised in house or by the official authorities about the availability and functionality of the FF & FA system. Take note of the pending actions for the contractor in every plant and follow up until the job is completed. Refer to the FF & FA Agreement and coordinated with plants to prepare the yearly service plan to supervise the maintenance activities in every plant. Support project in selection, implementation and commissioning FA & FF systems for new plants. Follow up the life cycle for panels, system components and plan timely upgrade / replacements. To coordinate implementation of the maintenance services agreement for Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems in all plants to ensure continuous availability. Fire and Life Safety and ELV systems: 5 years.
5 years minimum experience in the field is a must. Bilingual is an asset (Arabic and English).
